Below I will show the final group animation we as team vampy created, I will also show all the backgrounds I created for the animation. At the bottom I will include a short reflection on the project and how things went for my group.

Finalised Backgrounds
Shoutout to Sorcha for her help and finishing of shot 7. She made it look really nice and I used it as inspiration for the rest of the background.
Final Reflection
Overall I think our final animation turned out really well and I am very pleased with the part I had to play in it. I think all of the backgrounds turned out great and I really enjoyed making them and following Sorcha's tips. Getting to a place were I was comfortable adding depth and texture was really good and background design is definitely something I will be looking to work on again in the future.
I think as a group we all worked well together and for the most part communicated effectively and efficiently using our discord channel. We had regular meetings and everyone got on great with each other. I think as a group we probably envisioned our final piece looking slightly different, with rigged characters and more animation but in the end not everything can work out as planned. I think we can all be proud of what we created as a group.
If I was to attempt this project again there is definitely a few things I would go on to change.
1. A group schedule - We as a group never really created a schedule, we just took things as they came. In a way this did work as it kept everything really chill but I think a schedule would of helped us out and kept us on a more rigid time frame
2. Ask for help earlier - As soon as I received help from Sorcha I was able to smash out the backgrounds. Creating concepts and practicing was really useful but if I had of asked for her advice sooner it would of helped me finish up the backgrounds a lot sooner than I did.
3. In terms of the backgrounds there is a few things I would change, such as in shot 3 the sheriffs office stands out a bit from the background. Some added texture and depth would of helped to make this look more realistic and sit better in the overall composition.
4. Never under estimate anything - I think we as a group maybe slightly under estimated how hard some of our tasks were going to be, especially the ones we had never tried before. When it came ot rigging Jamie really helped us out and without him I don't think we would of got half of the work done which we did. He was a massive help.
5. Get to work on everything as soon as possible - There was a few weeks at the start were we were kind of moving a bit slow and not getting much done. Normal at the start of the semester as everyone tries to get back into that Uni work routine. However looking back now I really wish we used those weeks better as they would of helped so much time wise and getting things across the line.
Finally I would like to thank my group for all the work they did across the semester. We created a great piece of work and I am happy to say I took a part in it. Each group member was really easy going and very helpful and flexible when it came to having meetings around my work schedule. I would definitely work with them on another project in the future, they're a great bunch of people. Lastly a big thanks to Sorcha who kept us moving in the right direction throughout the semester. She was the driving force behind a lot of my work and gave us a lot of inspiration and feedback on our work. She gave up a lot of her time for us over the 12 weeks and for that we as a group are grateful.
